Unsere fleißigen Handwerker sind jedoch täglich vor Ort, um etwaige Defekte umgehend zu beheben oder Neuerungen vorzunehmen. Zudem haben Sie, je nach Auslastung unseres Hauses, stets die Möglichkeit, einen Zimmertausch vorzunehmen, sollte etwas nicht in Ordnung sein. Ihre Beanstandungen haben wir selbstverständlich an die zuständigen Kollegen weitergeleitet, welche sich umgehend um die Instandsetzung kümmern werden, falls dies nicht bereits geschehen ist. Schade nur, dass unsere Frühstücksbrötchen nicht Ihren Geschmack trafen, obwohl diese täglich frisch von unserem Bäcker geliefert werden. Ihre Kritik hierzu haben wir bereits an die zuständigen Kollegen, zu deren Berücksichtigung, weitergeleitet. Schade auch, dass unsere Backwaren zum Frühstück nicht Ihren Geschmack trafen, obwohl diese täglich frisch von unserem Bäcker geliefert werden. Ich bin bereits zum 4ten Mal in einem Hotel der H-Gruppe und leider war das H2 in Berlin bisher das schlechteste Hotel. Allein in diesem Jahr habe ich in 56x Hotels übernachtet und das H2 gehört zum unteren Drittel. -> Parkplatz absolut TOP, Preislich entspricht es den typischen Hotelpreisen. -> Sauberkeit ist ein PLUS Punkt. -> Frühstücksbuffet und -raum sind nicht ansprechend, zu dem noch sehr laut! -> Freundlichkeit vom Personal war vorbildlich. -> Zimmerauswahl, wie bereits beschrieben, eher negativ. Bei Buchung hatte ich die Wahl zwischen dem H2 und dem H4 Hotel in Berlin, Preisunterschied waren für 4 Tage/3 Nächte gerade einmal 70 EUR mehr im H4. Sollte ich nocheinmal nach Berlin reisen, werde ich mich für das H4 Hotel entscheiden, aufgrund oben genannter Punkte.
