However we regret that you found your room to be too hot and the aircon not adjustable. Actually it only works properly during the summer time. As soon as the outside temperature drops below 22 degrees it is supposed to be used as a heater. We kindly ask for your understanding and hopefully we will meet again someday for a more enjoyable time.

We had a wonderful time.
Breakfast each morning was delicious.
