Unsere fleißigen Handwerker sind jedoch täglich vor Ort, um etwaige Defekte umgehend zu beheben oder Neuerungen vorzunehmen. Zudem haben Sie, je nach Auslastung unseres Hauses, stets die Möglichkeit, einen Zimmertausch vorzunehmen, sollte etwas nicht in Ordnung sein. Ihre Beanstandungen haben wir selbstverständlich an die zuständigen Kollegen weitergeleitet, welche sich umgehend um die Instandsetzung kümmern werden, falls dies nicht bereits geschehen ist. Schade nur, dass unsere Frühstücksbrötchen nicht Ihren Geschmack trafen, obwohl diese täglich frisch von unserem Bäcker geliefert werden. Ihre Kritik hierzu haben wir bereits an die zuständigen Kollegen, zu deren Berücksichtigung, weitergeleitet. Schade auch, dass unsere Backwaren zum Frühstück nicht Ihren Geschmack trafen, obwohl diese täglich frisch von unserem Bäcker geliefert werden. Selbstverständlich werden wir hierzu Rücksprache halten.
