The heating floor does not work. At least in room 117. The pillows are to small. Maybe it will be great to have at least 2 per person. The heating in the room seems not to work because at determined hours it was a noise similar to the moment in which the air condition will work. The hotel location is awesome The breakfast was not that good. Only boiled eggs and something similar to an omlette but not that good. The stuff speaks an excellent english ! 10 for them !!!

De douche was helaas niet stabiel in temperatuur. Hij kon niet hoger dan ongeveer 36 tot 38 graden, dit zorgde voor een mindere ervaring. De kussens waren naar mijn mening wel heel zacht en het was niet mogelijk om een extra kussen te krijgen. Ontbijt was wat rommelig doordat het buffet uit meerdere losse delen bestaat. Zou overzichtelijker zijn als dit bij elkaar wordt gevoegd, zodat je ook niet tussen alle tafels door hoeft. Mooie aanvulling zou een minibar zijn. Voor de rest zeer tevreden over de kamer.

In einigen Punkten muss das Personal nachgeschaut werden! Mein Wunsch ist eine durchgehende Matratze! Personal, gibt es nicht! Zimmer 711 hat aber eine! Ich wollte in der 7 Etage ein Zimmer Nähe des Fahrstuhl. Rezeption gibt mir Zimmer 712! Weit entfernt und im Nachbarhaus direkte Baustelle. Was mir besonders auffällig ist, ob beim Frühstück oder Rezeption, Personal vermeidet Augenkontakt zum Gast und grüßt nicht! Ich bin als Business Gast gezwungen ihr Hotel zu nehmen, leider sehe ich keine Verbesserung! P.s. so einfache Sachen nerven, Duschgel alle, kein Schild bitte nicht stören im Zimmer, es gibt beim Frühstück kein Nutella mehr etc. Zuviele Kleinigkeiten!

La primera noche no nos limpiaron la habitación. El fallo fue nuestro porque vimos otros carteles colgados en la puerta y lo colgamos también, pensando que lo colgamos por la parte de "limpiar habitación". Al día siguiente la limpiaron, pero no muy bien. El desayuno es correcto, pero faltaría algo de repostería. Las habitaciones son modernas y agradables. La situación es genial.

We were superhappy with the location and the room, but when we went to breakfast everything got worst. It were too many people there at the same time, without organisation and we are in a pandemic situation and there were a lot of people without mask taking food from the place where it takes everyone!! It was nice hotel but it lacked in some amenities. Like the room that was provided had no view at all, if i opened a window i could directly see a wall and nothing else. Also kettle was unavailable. Floor heating was not working. But if looked at the pricing of the hotel and for just travellers, the hotel is superb and reception persons are amazing. The hotel is right in the middle of historical places. So all in all the hotel is nice
