Ho scelto questa struttura in base alle ottime recensioni dei clienti, purtroppo ho dovuto annullare la prenotazione per gravi problemi di salute di un familiare -documentati sotto il profilo medico - pur avendo acquistato prenotazione non rimborsabile ho chiesto “collaborazione” alla struttura magari con voucher da utilizzare in futuro. La struttura si è dimostrata inflessibile e per nulla collaborativa addebitandomi la cancellazione al costo totale della prenotazione senza nemmeno provare a valutare le ragioni della richiesta di cancellazione. Visiterò sicuramente Budapest quando possibile ma sceglierò altra struttura!

Prima ervaring. Kleine kamer, maar netjes en voldoende voor een paar dagen. Kussens erg dun, zelfs wanneer je er twee hebt. Waterkokertje/koffiezetapparaat was leuk geweest.
