Le Chopin restaurant welcomes you every morning for a generous and comprehensive buffet breakfast. Our conference centre is home to Le Marché Pleyel, which welcomes you for your events. In addition to the bar of the Le Pleyel restaurant located on the ground floor, our hotel is also home to a unique sky bar on the 40th and top floor. The view from our skybar, The Stage, is spectacular – especially when the sun goes down and the brightly lit city lies at your feet: Montmartre, the Eiffel Tower... discover the panorama for yourself and let it enchant you! With its signature cocktails and international sharing menu, our skybar has been named one of the 'Top 15 Hotel Restaurants' in France for 2025.

Every Wednesday, melt into the evening with our all-you-can-eat raclette, served straight from the wheel.
