• Sauna area with 70°C and 80°C Finnish saunas, 90°C infusion sauna, plunge pool, foot pool and outdoor sauna area
• Steam bath - Relaxarium with aromatic steam, starry sky and relaxing music
• Sanarium/ bio sauna - The sanarium transforms the sauna into a warm air bath at a temperature of approx. 50°C and a maximum humidity of 55%. This creates a particularly gentle, low-irritation climate. The LIFTLIGHT technology with a special colored light has a skin-tightening and collagen-forming effect, which ensures relaxation that you can feel and see.

• Serail bath - The serail steam bath is a pleasant 45°C with almost 100% humidity. The healing mud is applied thinly all over the body. On the warm seat in the seraglio room, the healing mud is softened by the steam. The stimulation caused by the massage stimulates the blood supply to the skin, strengthens the tissue and stimulates the metabolism.

Access for children in the swimming pool and sauna area:

• Swimming pool: Children under the age of 13 must be supervised by an adult who is familiar with swimming (Gotha district regulation)
• Sauna area: Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to enter. From 12 - 16 years of age, an adult is required to supervise them.

Our own Nordic Walking school offers introductory, basic and technical seminars. We are a member of the Association of Nordic Walking Schools and are classified as both a B-license instructor and a C-license trainer.
