Very accessible to transport, restaurant and nearby shops for necessities. We were checked in upon arrival even before check in time , this gave us time to rest and refresh before exploring and familiarising ourselves with the surrounding areas . Very friendly staff.

I have traveled across five continents, staying mostly in four- and five-star hotels, and this was the first time a hotel employee attempted to humiliate me during breakfast.
After finishing my meal, I decided to take two tea bags to my room to enjoy a relaxing moment alone later on.
As soon as I got up to leave the table, a middle-aged, short-haired brunette employee named Brigitte (as I was told)—who must have been watching me for at least 30 minutes, since I had taken the tea bags to my table—suddenly berated me from about three or four meters away. She loudly announced for everyone to hear that I should not take tea bags to my room because there were already two provided there.
I felt deeply outraged. I immediately sought out the person responsible for the breakfast area and reported the incident. She apologized sincerely and asked what she could do to make up for my discomfort. I thanked her but declined any compensation.
Hotels host guests from all over the world (and profit from it), so their employees should be trained to restrain their natural instincts and learn to interact politely with foreigners. I am aware there are limits to patience and understanding, but I am certain that a guest taking two tea bags to their room does not cross any line whatsoever.
Aside from the shameful and inappropriate behavior of one particular employee, everything else about my stay was quite satisfactory. The front desk staff were attentive and courteous, and the rooms were modern and comfortable. The bed linens were of good quality. They kindly offered two Mozart chocolates and two bottles of water free of charge, which was a thoughtful touch.
On the downside, the towels could have been fluffier, and it would have been appreciated if body lotion had been provided, which unfortunately was not the case. Finally, the covers of the seats in the breakfast area are extremely worn out, giving guests a terrible impression (see photo).
