Hotel as hotel is on very nice position and it has many benefits if you are coming to Budapest for business or city visit. Our experience has been very negative and very arrogance from the point of the reservation department and their evaluation of the situation and trying to found the solution for particular case.

- First the pros: Modern, updated room, clean crisp white beddings, breakfast, english speaking staff, 24 hr desk, internet, close to attractions and most of all Danube river is within walking distance, close walk to restaurants too, safe and quiet outside on the streets even though hotel is the city, tour assist and maps, small grocery across. - The cons: no coffee maker or tea kettle in room or in common areas, no closet or luggage rack, only 1 sink in room, none in the bathroom, no shampoo or conditioner just hand soap so bring your own, no refrigerator or microwave in room, no safe, no iron or board ( got to ask for them), no complimentary water or airport shuttle, no restaurant on site, you can hear people talk when inside the room with door shut and if you don’t speak the language, don’t turn the tv on. ☹️
