We arrived yesterday thinking we had a pre made booking, only to find out I had booked the room for the wrong dates! The hotel was exceptionally busy due to a near by event going on and the reception staff (Malcom and Lilou) were brilliant and tried their best to help us. Their manager (Magdalena) came over and was amazing! She helped us secure another room as best she could and we can’t thank her enough! Thank you to all 3 members of staff for being brilliant!

This is my first visit to Saint Denis and what a fabulous experience. We had a few challenges on arrival after booking one room under the wrong dates but the friendly front desk, Malcom and Jilou, were especially helpful after a very stressful 6 hour drive. The manager, Magdalena went above and beyond to accommodate us even though they were fully booked, which we were extremely grateful for. I would LOVE to come back to this wonderful hotel again and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this to family and friends. Thank you H4 🙏
