Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to express my deep disappointment – and even sadness – following the welcome I received upon my arrival at your establishment. After more than two tiring hours of driving, in heavy traffic and under the rain, I attempted to access your parking area, which appeared almost empty. To my surprise, the security staff turned me away, stating that I had to check in first and therefore park on the street. Once at the reception desk, I requested access to the parking. I was told, rather abruptly, that the parking was full and that I would have to park “elsewhere,” a 17-minute walk away. I mentioned my fatigue and my difficulty driving at night, but was met with the same curt response, without any empathy or attempt to help. What shocked me most was hearing, at that very moment, the receptionist offering a parking spot to the client next to me – who had not booked one – for an additional €35. This unequal treatment, with no explanation, left me feeling deeply humiliated. Fortunately, a manager who happened to be passing by noticed my distress and managed to find a solution so I could access the parking after all. Yet neither the receptionist nor the hotel the following day offered the slightest apology. I went up to my room feeling genuinely demeaned. The evening only reinforced this negative impression: – the restaurant was not serving, – the bar only offered cold dips, – and my glass of Lillet rosé was served like a whisky: barely a few milliliters at the bottom, drowned in a mountain of ice. This is extremely regrettable, especially since your hotel is beautiful and seems ideal for business stays and conferences. But such a painful customer experience, caused by staff who are clearly not properly trained in guest relations, leaves a truly deplorable impression. I wanted to sincerely share this experience with you, in the hope that you will address these major issues so that no other guest has to go through such a distressing arrival. Kind regards,

The hotel looked really good when I arrived but I have to admit that I would not come again. There was a long queue for check in, my experience at check out, the incident that happened when people wanted to get to the bar, the hair in my shower and toilet, food for lunch was below any expectation and the breakfast was average. So all my touchpoints have not been very convincing.

A notre arrivée nos cartes de chambres ne fonctionnaient pas au RDC des ascenseurs, nous avons demandé le changement sans résultats ! En fait le problème n'était pas les cartes mes une partie de blocs ascenseurs qui étaient HS et ne lisait pas les cartes (perte de temps) ! TRÈS DÉÇU ; nous ne recommanderons PAS cet hôtel que nous avions souhaité essayer à regrets après ce séjour et nous ne reviendrons pas car vraiment TROP DÉÇU. Nous sommes parisiens et pour avoir déjà fait de très nombreux hôtels 4 et 5 étoiles, nous déplorons que vos tarifs soient aussi excessifs et pas justifiés ! La situation (Saint-Denis) ne justifie pas non plus ces tarifs élevés !

Das Zimmer wurde 6 Tage lang überhaupt nicht gereinigt, obwohl wir darum gebeten hatten. Es gab Zeiten, in denen es kein Toilettenpapier, keine Handtücher und kein Trinkwasser gab. Das H4 Hotel hat versucht, uns 40 € pro Nacht zu erstatten, aber angesichts der schlechten Sauberkeit und des schlechten Reinigungsservices verdienen wir mindestens 50 % Erstattung, denn dies ist ein 4-Sterne-Hotel, aber der Reinigungsservice war furchtbar schlecht. Ich habe einige Dinge im Zimmer selbst gereinigt, weil wir eine Woche lang dort bleiben wollten. Total enttäuscht.

On Wednesday 24th September we arrived. Our first night was greeted by the shower water not draining properly but we just thought this was a one off incident. That night we put the “please go not disturb” sign up so we could sleep in the following morning. We left around 10.30am on Thursday 25th and I saw the housekeeping lady cleaning the room next to us, so I asked her to do our room which she acknowledged. I asked her to replenish the coffee satchel’s. Upon returning that afternoon, our room was not cleaned. I must have called reception at least 4 times for more coffee and sugar, yet no one answered. The phone just rang and rang. So I went down to the foyer. I told the staff member I was trying to call but he dismissed it, even though he wasn’t even busy. There was no one in the foyer so I’m not sure why he didn’t answer. I asked him for coffee but he had no idea what I was asking so he got the attention of another colleague (female). She said she will organise housekeeping to bring some up to us. No one came. That night we showered and there definitely was an issue with the water not draining. So we limited our shower time. The next day, Friday 26th we both showered and it was pretty bad. I called reception but no one answered so I had to go to the foyer to report it. The water now was overflowing and seeping through the gap of the shower screen. It wasn’t draining at all. Service men came and fixed it while we were out. On my way out I requested a room clean etc… I have photos and video of this. When we returned, the room still wasn’t cleaned. I went to the foyer and asked for coffee and sugar and we spoke to 3 staff members about coffee satchel’s and no one had a clue. Finally spoke to Federica who dismissed me without any manners but says she’d send some up. Again nothing. I went downstairs again and finally a female worker went into a room behind the foyer desk and grabbed a handful for me. I was appalled it was that easy yet it seemed to be a hassle the previous requests. Finally on day 3 our room was cleaned and we received fresh towels. We were meant to stay 5 nights but we left after 4 because the running of this hotel was so poor, so understaffed, incredibly stupid, and basically bad manners. I don’t think anyone employed here had any clue about customer service, basic communication skills or how to pick up a phone. On one occasion, there was only 1 staff member serving and at least 15-20 people waiting in line. I took photos and video if you are interested to see this.
