When I arrived my reservation was wrongly made by your employees, the staff could luckyly arrange and gave me an Upgrade which was nice. No Shampoo etc. in the Room unless third day. No Restaurant or Bars outside.

Experience désastreuse.. !!!..hotel récent mais aucune organisation du personnel..a notre arrivée à 15 h..10 personnes attendent...pour 7 membres du personnel incompétent. .sans parler du parking facture 35 euros..sans surveillance..et sans accès. On a cherché notre voiture pour repartir et attendu 30 minutes avant de pouvoir sortir...!!!..je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

Great hotel, but I don't know if there's not enough staff or they're incompetent but the concierge made us wait 30 minutes in the line to get our luggage and there wasn't any line, the responsable was just not there and it's 2 pm, fortunately we had some time because otherwise we would've lost the train for the airport, disappointing because the hotel is beautiful
