Malgré une propreté qui n'est pas toujours au rendez-vous, c'est un bon rapport qualité/prix. Il faudrait afficher dans les étages un imogie rappelant le fait que les couloirs ne sont pas des salles de réunion et que le bruit n'y a pas sa place.

Très mauvais départ dès mon arrivée à l'hôtel vers 9h - la réception n'avait pas pris connaissance de mes demandes (early check-in et place du parking). Du coup, j'ai perdu un temps fou à trouver une solution pour me garer, sans aucune aide de votre réceptionniste, soit disant "superviseur" ! Dans ce cas là , vous ne devriez même pas mentionner que vous disposez d'un parking si vos clients ne peuvent pas s'y garer ! Votre site devrait également proposer explicitement une "option" pour un early-checkin - la moindre des choses lorsqu'on est situé si près de l'aéroport... De gros progrès à faire donc dès l'accueil de vos clients.

The hotel looked really good when I arrived but I have to admit that I would not come again. There was a long queue for check in, my experience at check out, the incident that happened when people wanted to get to the bar, the hair in my shower and toilet, food for lunch was below any expectation and the breakfast was average. So all my touchpoints have not been very convincing.

J’ai été très satisfaite dans l’ensemble, chambre agréablement bien, j’ai eu un très bon espace toilette, salle de bain très propre niveau hygiène. Rien à dire les draps aussi également. Rien à dire très propre. Par contre j’étais juste un petit peu déçu, j’avais demandé peignoir et pantoufle ce dont je n’ai pas eu, mais je ne supporte pas m’essuyer avec une serviette juste un peu au niveau de l’accueil, manque de communication, parfois on nous indique l’ascenseur, avec le doigt, mais j’étais un petit peu perdu.

positive....cependant j'ai une requête cela concerne les toilettes et l'emplacement de la recharge du papier toilette. pouvez vous mettre la recharge ailleurs qu'à proximité de la cuvette des toilettes. Vous devez savoir que lorsque l'on tire la chasse sans remettre le couvercle des toilettes , il y a des projections...et il y a très peu de personnes aujourd'hui qui baisse le couvercle des toilettes avant de tirer la chasse...conséquence, la recharge du papier toilette est remplie des projections de bactéries d'une grande partie des clients qui n'abaisse pas le couvercle !
