Our stay was very enjoyable. The hotel is very accessible since metro station is just across the street. Staff are helpful and breakfast service was great. Rooms are clean and have an excellent view of the streets of Vienna.

Sehr schönes und gut gelegenes Hotel. Personal sehr freundlich, ab und zu leidet die Freundlichkeit aufgrund Überlastung.
Mithelfen gewünscht wie Tablett zurück räumen könnten mehr Hinweise sein wie das Konzept ist.
Zimmer Wasserdruck etwas zu niedrig man hat den Eindruck mehr zu verbrauchen durch längere Duschzeit weil der Wasserstrahl nicht ausreicht. Kein Schrank für längeren Aufenthalt als 2 Tage ist nicht optimal. Ansonsten haben wir uns wohlgefühlt.

We got a very good experience with you, only thing that didn’t work was the TV, and the electric curtains didn’ t work. Besides that, everything else was perfect. When I return in Vienna, I’ comin g back to this hotel

Schlechte Reinigung, Frühstück i.o könnte aber auch etwas Abwechslung vertragen( Croissants oder andere Marmelade. Kaffeemaschinen waren ständig defekt so das die Schlange davor ewig lang wurde. Mitarbeiter waren freundlich , aber wenn man eine Auskunft über ausflüge haben wollte , gabs als Antwort immer nur kann ich leider nicht helfen. Hotelkarte hat oft nicht funktioniert,

Hotel nuovo e ben posizionato, con fermata Metro, proprio all'uscita della porta.
Abbiamo riscontrato diversi problemi con i badge, ne abbiamo sostituiti 5 in 4 giorni per vari problemi di accesso hotel/camera/ascensore.
Manca a nostro avviso un armadio per gli indumenti.
Abbiamo trovato in stanza degli indumenti dei precedenti ospiti, non molto carino.
