The hotel sits in a semi-OK neighborhood. It’s safe but it’s a little dirty around there. Surprisingly, the room was very quiet so none of this really bothered us. Either way I’m glad we stay there because it’s walking distance to the Oktoberfest and the Main train station. Lots of wonderful Turkish places to eat and a few little easy to reach grocery stores. I would definitely stay there! The staff at the front desk are wonderful and they make great coffee, you have to pay for it, but it’s worth it!

We were very satisfied with our stay at the hotel during Oktoberfest. The location was the best central base for quick walking to the fest grounds (10 minutes), Marienplatz (17 minutes), Vikrualienmarkt (18 minutes), and the train station/lufthansa airport bus stop (5-10 minutes). It's also just around the corner from a Lidl for groceries, and surrounded by many delicious restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was charged twice for breakfast and they fixed it no problem. Breakfast was great and had many options including weisswurst, other hot foods, and various breads to toast. I'm glad we added the option. The only thing I wish was different is to have a microwave and mini fridge in the room. Otherwise we greatly appreciate our stay.
