Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. We are delighted that you were so satisfied with many aspects of your stay – especially the room, location, and cleanliness. At the same time, we regret that you were dissatisfied at the end of your stay. We offer an airport transfer to our guests, depending on the number of guests this services provided either with an SUV (up.. to 4 passengers) or by a minibus (up to 8 people). The prices are clearly indicated at our reception desk SUV 16.000.-HUF/ drive to the airport and minibus 24.000.-HUF/drive to the airport. You have requested a taxi with our colleagues at the reception, and they offered you the services of our transfer partner (not taxi company, but person transfer). As you have accepted, they organised it accordingly. The taxi is not a fixed price but depends on the traffic, therefore it could have been more or less. We leave it up to our guests, if they wish to use the more personalised transfer services our partner offers, or to use a taxi. We are happy to organise both.
