Tutto perfetto...il personale della reception cordiale e pronto a dare spiegazioni, la camera sempre pulita ed ordinata al nostro rientro, la colazione abbondante. Ottima è poi la posizione, in 5 minuti si può raggiungere il Parlamento, la Basilica di S. Stefano, ed in 10 il ponte delle catene.

Para hacer habitacion mas comoda encontramos en falta un par de mesitas noche , un par de sillas y un banco para las maletas.

Not impressed with cooked breakfast. They scrambled eggs was watery, no proper sausage and it was cold. Enjoyed the fresh fruit and crossiants and hot drinks.

Hotel & staff is great.
But I made a mistake when booking and I immediately tried to solve it. They where unwilling to do it which led to two nights that I could not use. I really feel scammed from them.
