Disappointed to say the least. The room upgrade was great however with the AC, not having hot water or the pool along with the elevator issues, it's hard to say this was worth it.

Accueil chaleureux, personnel aimable, à l'écoute, serviable. la chambre était très propre, et calme. Seul défaut = la console pour l'éclairage à l'entrée ne fonctionnait pas bien et l'éclairage du lit (lampes d'appoint) ne fonctionnaient pas. une plaquette informative sur le fonctionnement de la console d'éclairage et le système de ventilation/climatisation serait appréciable => la présence des logos sur le console n'est pas intuitive pour l'utilisation de cette dernière par quelqu'un qui vient pour la 1ère fois.
