Terrible. I will never stay here again. I feel very sorry for the staff who have to apologise to very unhappy patrons over and over again. On the second night I demanded another room with air conditioning. We went from level 37 with a view to level 12. I specifically booked a room with a high level, for the view. So much for the view at level 12. Management should be ashamed of themselves for knowing there’s an issue and continuing to take people’s hard earned money.

We had a very bad expérience regardons the air conditioning in the room and also in the Sky bar. It made us feel extremly inconfortable for three days. We couldt sleep and no good solution from hotel. The food in the Sky Bar was so bad. Conference ok

Overall very disappointed. We paid a lot and were very excited to be there. First hostess insinuated that we were too poor because we’d booked through a sale and she said she was surprised as people who book in the sale. Orally only spend one night whereas we had booked 3. The hospitality was so terrible for the price we paid and the repute of the hotel. Unsure if this is because we’re a young couple or because I’m not white or this is just the standard you uphold.

Mauvaise expérience, je n'ai jamais vu autant de dysfonctionnements dans un même hotel : attendre une 1/2 heure a l'arrivée parce qu'une seule personne est a l'accueil alors que le concierge fait les 100 pas, d'autres personnes passent derrière le desk mais ne bougent pas, ce n'est pas concevable. Idem pour rendre les clefs le matin, beaucoup d'organisation a revoir

Wenn man auf den Preis und die Sternenewwertung schaut keine Weiterempfehlung, Verkehrsanbindung war gut, für ein 4 Sterne Hotel kleine Zimmer, keine Minibar und kein Kühlschrank, keine tägliche Zimmerreinigung, wenn nur auf Nachfrage/ Beschwerde, zu wenige Handtücher ( nur ein kleines und zwei große) für 2 Gäste Bettwäscje wurde in sechs Nächten nie gewechselt

The hotel looks very nice and modern. However the temperature in the room and the rooftop were much to high. The temperature in the room could not be lowered by the airconditioning which resulted in no sleep at all. Which was unfortunate as the bed was really comfortable. The use of elevators is time consuming. It takes around 10 minutes to get an elevator to go somewhere. The staff is not friendly and seem to be overworked or 'cannot be bothered' mentality. Because of this experience I do not believe the price is valid.

J’avais fait quelques jours au Novotel Gare de Lyon avant de venir et j’ai été déçue par l’espace de la chambre, l’accessibilité par les ascenseurs, il n’y a pas grand chose autour de l’hôtel sans parler de l’absence de Clim par la chaleur étouffante

Da ich andere H4 Hotels in Deutschland kenne, bin ich h von diesem in Paris nicht begeistert. Fehlende Sitzmöglichkeiten in der Lobby. Völlige Intransparenz bzgl. der Benutzung der Fahrstuhl. Mit seiner Karte kommt man nur in seine Etage. Will ich zum Pool oder ins Fitnessstudio, fahre ich erst runter um dann über einen anderen Fahrstuhl im Lobbybereichnach oben zu gelangen. Das wurde beim Einchecken auch nicht verständlich erläutert, so daß wir weder Pool noch Gym benutzt haben. Zumal ich es auch unangenehm finde in Badebekleidung duch die Lobby zu laufen

Très déçu, ayant réservé une chambre pour 24 h00 et ayant eu la même chambre ensuite pour 1 jour. Les fixations de la douche me sont tombées dessus en prenant ma douche. La cabine de douche he présente dans la chambre. Chambre déclassée par rapport à notre groupe de réservation. Il faut appeler une vingtaine de fois pour réserver une chambre. Manque d efficacité du personnel à l accueil. Desactivation de la carte accès chambre au bout de 24h00. Lors de la réservation, le personnel a mal orthographié mon nom et prénom, malgré la confirmation par mail. J etais introuvable dans l ordinateur.... Je ne recommande pas.
