J’ai mis une mauvaise note car il manque clairement de personnel. L’hôtel est toujours indisponible pour répondre aux mails et aux appels, que ce soit avant ou après le séjour — c’est un vrai stress de réserver chez vous. De plus, j’ai oublié mon chargeur d’ordinateur et, malgré mes relances, je n’ai toujours pas eu de réponse, si ce n’est une photo d’un chargeur qui n’est même pas le mien.

Good overall but some 4 star services one is used to were missing. I guess the price compensated for it. I did not appreciate the higher hold on the card, then the price I was charged again, luckily I was well inspired to block payments and void being left with hundreds of euros blocked until forever... Please practice what you preach and take the payments only one time at payment or at hotel, not both! Also release the deposit faster!

Mega hotel. Alles war top. Die Bahnverbindung ist sehr gut, das Ambiente, sehr sauber, freundliche Mitarbeiter und ein sehr gutes Preis leistungsverhältnis. Vom Zimmer aus hatte ich eine Aussicht auf das Eiffelturm.

Cela fait plusieurs fois que je loge dans l’hôtel. Et je vais y loger tout le mois de novembre et décembre ( en semaine pour le travail), expérience toujours bonne sauf que c’est la deuxième fois que le lit n’a pas été refait et pas de nouvelles bouteilles d’eau en chambre. Un peu dommage.

Not that great because of 3 reasons: 1) I queued 15 minutes for checking-in (and I felt lucky because some other customers must have waited twice as much) 2) when I checked in I asked for breakfast to be included and in the morning it was not, which I felt was embarrassing 3) I was told that I would receive a receipt by email which I did not get (or find easily... I searched for a minute or two without success)
