Great breakfast. My room was great, others in my group (10 people in 6 rooms) mentioned damage in their rooms to cabinet doors and carpet. The hallways, particularly on the 5th floor were smelly (like wet dog or vomit, our group disagreed on what the smell was).

Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour. L'hôtel est très bien situé, proche des lignes M, S, U et R. Le personnel était très agréable, poli et disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Et je vous suis très reconnaissante pour la décoration de notre chambre suite à ma demande lors de l'inscription. Je ne m'attendais pas à autant de belles choses et à une telle ambiance si romantique ! Vous avez été bien au-delà de mes espérances et je vous remercie chaleureusement pour cela !! Nous reviendrons à cet hôtel !!

Bezüglich der Parkmöglichkeiten möchten wir Ihnen gern mitteilen, dass neben der direkt an unserem Hotel befindlichen Tiefgarage, eine Weitere mit stets genügend Stellplätzen für unsere Gäste zur Verfügung steht. Dieses alternative Parkhaus namens "Q-Park" befindet sich nur etwa 3 Gehminuten von uns entfernt und kann in Zukunft gern genutzt werden, sollte das Andere bereits besetzt sein. Gepäck können wir zu jederzeit an unserer Rezeption aufbewahren. Der Preis beider Tiefgaragen in Höhe von €24,00 pro Nacht ist identisch, eine Reservierung der Stellplätze jedoch nicht möglich. Wir würden uns freuen, Sie eines Tages erneut willkommen heißen zu dürfen.

One of the best stays I’ve ever had! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling, which made you feel truly welcome. What impressed me the most was that you offered complimentary water and coffee capsules daily — such a thoughtful touch, and I loved it. The carpet in the room was also very clean and comfortable, adding to the cozy atmosphere. The location was perfect and making it easy to explore the city. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
