I stayed at H+ Hotel for three nights during the Bauma period, paying a high rate due to the event. On the first night, it was extremely cold, and I discovered that the heating system in my room was not working. A staff member at the front desk confirmed the issue. The next day, I reported it again to the front desk, and they said someone would check and fix it. However, after that, no further action was taken. Although the stay was otherwise satisfactory—the room was clean and well-maintained—I was very disappointed that no steps were taken to resolve the heating issue. I had to sleep in thick clothes and under extra blankets for all three nights, which made it very difficult to rest comfortably. It was a stressful and uncomfortable experience when it should have been relaxing. I hope you take this feedback seriously to ensure better service in the future.
