When we arrived our bedsheet was stained. Certainly they changed it before we came, but the washed clothes has stained as hair and shoemark.

Excellent value for money.
But we saw several guests hoarding the breakfast buffet day after day.
They took several whole breads making sandwiches to go out of them. This reduced the selection for the
customers and eg. crossaints were gone most days before 8:00 am.
Your staff didnt react on the bad behavior of the hoarders but they just ignored their bad behavior.
