Please be assured that we do everything we possibly can to please our guests requests and wishes but sometimes it's just not manageable. We kindly ask for your understanding that we have to follow the expedia booking rules and therefore can't cancel prepaid reservations that aren't cancelable. Please be aware that we always offer different rates with specified variable conditions which allows our guests to choose between cancelable and non cancelable rates. Of course we understand that sometimes things can come in between but for that reason you had the opportunity to book our best flexible rate.
