Dans l’ensemble ça été un peu compliqué, chambre pas propre, moisissures dans la salle de bain, le parking il y avait pas assez de place pour tout le monde sachant que le prix est très élevé.

Lage, Zimmer und bis auf Kaffee und Brötchen auch das Frühstück alles sehr gut. Check-in war eine Katastrophe, hat teilweise pro Gast/Zimmer 20-30 Minuten gedauert, selbst bei uns, ausser parkticket war alles bezahlt, hat es fast 10 Minuten gedauert, Mitarbeiterin tippte ewig lange wortlos im Computer rum, ging sich zwischendurch noch neuen Kaffee holen, und irgendwann bekam man dann endlich seine Zimmerkarte. Und das alles obwohl der ganze Raum voller Leute war die einchecken wollten. Das war wirklich unmöglich.

Not good at all, the room was like a sauna, very very hot, talked to the reception and the sent someone to fix it but nothing changed, I was in a big room and every body had the same problem, will not recommend this hotel to no one

Expérience bonne ds l'ensemble. Personnel agréable, souriant. Il manque juste un peu de français et espagnol. L'anglais et l'allemand ne sont pas suffisant pour bien s'exprimer et e faire comprendre. J'avais reçu un mail comme quoi je pouvais recevoir 5€ si je ne prenais pas le service d'étage ts les jours, c'est ce que j'ai fait mais je n'ai pas eu mes 5 €. Dommage !

No estuve satisfecha con la experiencia y no volvería a alojarme en este hotel. El servicio del personal es pésimo. Se pelean entre si con los huéspedes al frente. Se ausentan y vuelven como quieren. Puedes esperar hasta 45min para que te atiendan. Contratan firmas externas que no tienen nada que ver con el hotel y no pueden resolver un problema por la noche y además No hablan el idioma. La habitación sucia, como un sauna, con una mini ventana porque el aire acondicionado no funciona, un empleado había ido a resolver el problema y en 5 min debería haber estado el aire en funcionamiento y no fue asi y como no hay habitaciones disponibles tampoco te cambian. Nunca mas!!!
