The apartment is perfect for me whilst working in Munich, so I was pleased to find the availability. After a few teething problems on arrival, I was made to feel very welcome and the staff couldn't be more helpful, especially Marco, who has been instrumental in my rebooking an even longer stay. Nothing is too much trouble - they seem to have thought of most eventualities, I am comfortable and the room is all nice and clean. Its good to be able to relax without feeling cramped. Definitely would rebook a superior apartment!

Es war wirklich toll! Ein paar Anmerkungen: fehlender Föhn, obwohl in Buchung versprochen, keine Schneidebretter in der Küche, etwas zu wenig Handtücher. Niemand geht ans Telefon

The members of staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was lovely, only negatives I can think of : check in took ages, only 3 reception desks were not enough and the breakfast was very basic, again long queues for the coffee machines, but overall very happy

Wir mussten 3x im Zimmer umziehen - das erste Zimmer war ein Wasserschaden, das zweite Zimmer war ein 6-er Zimmer mir nur Stockbetten, das dritte Zimmer war im Home-Appartment, leider nur als Einzelzimmer (1xBettdecke, 1x Kopfkissen, 1x Handtücher-Set, in der Dusche keine Seife und kein Seifenspender, Wasser war nur lauwarm beim Duschen ... war CAOS beim Check-In am ersten Wochenende seit der Eröffnung Ende März 2018
