Upon proposal/request by H+ Hotel Salzburg staff, I stayed at Hyperion Salzburg. I highly appreciated the high level of hospitality and friendliness of the guest relations manager as well as the staff at the reception. However, I had a few incidents during my stay, including the loss of my personal item. The amenities, such as coffee capsules and tea bags were not replenished.
