By not miss-leading the guest and saying it is a 4 stars hotel were we have to come down to the reception to pick up essential things !!! Staff are very rude!!!

SECURITY ISSUE!! I was sleeping and Somebody broke into my room!! I was like WHO IS THAT and she immediately closed the door! this happened in my firs night at 7pm. After that i went to reception to report about it but they said it was housekeeper!!! WHAT? cleaning room at 7pm?????????? doesn't make sense! I was about to call the police and check out but couldn't find another hotel with cheap price so I decided to take the risk and stay with extra protection!
