Everything was great during my visit last year, except for the fact that the staff charged my credit card twice when I checked out. I emailed the reception several times, and they assured me that the extra money had been released. However, my card not receive it untill now. This incident has made me hesitant to stay here, as I intend to visit Salzburg again in July.

Good location! I can travel to all attractions by bus stop in front of the hotel. The car parking is great too, i can walk directly through the hotel.
