Collecting PAYBACK °points
Is it possible to collect PAYBACK °points at H-Hotels.com with a card of another PAYBACK partner than H-Hotels.com?
Yes, in our participating hotels you can collect PAYBACK °points with all German PAYBACK cards.
How can I collect PAYBACK °points at H-Hotels.com?
Simply present your (mobile) PAYBACK card to the hotel reception at check-out and the °points will be credited to your account within 4 to 5 working days. Your account fills up even faster, when using coupons for extra °points. Visit the PAYBACK app or website on a regular basis and make use of your coupons.
For what will I collect PAYBACK °points at H-Hotels.com?
°Points are credited for all hotel services after check-out and payment on site. Non-deductible services and products excluded. Overnight stays paid with vouchers are excluded from the reward program. Furthermore, the awarding of points cannot be combined with any additional or discount promotions from PAYBACK or H-Hotels.com.

When will the PAYBACK °points be credited to my account?
Basis °points will be credited to your account within 4 to 5 working days after check-out and payment on site. Extra °points will be credited to your account in accordance with the corresponding conditions.
How can I redeem my eCoupons?
Please enable your eCoupons in the PAYBACK App or on the PAYBACK website. Activated eCoupons will be redeemed automatically, if you present your (mobile) PAYBACK card at check-out. Please note, eCoupons must be enabled before check-out and can not be redeemed retroactively.
