I was woken up at 3 in the morning to be told that there was an accident in the room above me and that water may be leaking into the room. Water was leaking into the room, and I was told to turn off the electricity which of course shut off the air. Then I was woken up again at 5 in the morning and told to move. Needless to say, I did not get any sleep that night and my day with colleagues was pretty much ruined. I was exhausted. Then I was told that I could have 2 free breakfasts for compensation. I was incredulous that this was their offer, and that they would not upgrade me or give me a free night. Later they told me that they would compensate me 30% of the night's stay. Yes it wasn't their fault, but I am not sure why the customer has to take the hit. They can afford to take care of the customer. Two nights later a fire alarm went off the the entire hotel had to be evacuated. It was a false alarm as the sister H2 hotel was not evacuated. I would not stay at this hotel under any circumstances.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconveniences caused and rest assured that such an occurrence is not common for us either which frustrated us just as much as you. Still we had to react immediately as soon we found out about the incident in the room above you and we were forced to inform you. However with the offered breakfast and the 30% discount we hoped to compensate the discomfort at least a little and we are really sorry that it didn't meet your expectations. As a matter of course good customer service is our top priority and we will discuss your meaningful feedback with our management. Despite your statement we kindly ask you for another opportunity to improve your impressions during a future visit.

Ich war zum wiederholten Male dort zu einem Kongress. Ich empfand das Hotel diesmal insgesamt recht warm... Egal wo man sich aufgehalten hat... Grundsätzlich aber empfehlenswert , würde gern wiederkommen.
