A notre arrivée nos cartes de chambres ne fonctionnaient pas au RDC des ascenseurs, nous avons demandé le changement sans résultats ! En fait le problème n'était pas les cartes mes une partie de blocs ascenseurs qui étaient HS et ne lisait pas les cartes (perte de temps) !
TRÈS DÉÇU ; nous ne recommanderons PAS cet hôtel que nous avions souhaité essayer à regrets après ce séjour et nous ne reviendrons pas car vraiment TROP DÉÇU. Nous sommes parisiens et pour avoir déjà fait de très nombreux hôtels 4 et 5 étoiles, nous déplorons que vos tarifs soient aussi excessifs et pas justifiés ! La situation (Saint-Denis) ne justifie pas non plus ces tarifs élevés !

Un emplacement idéal, une très belle vue, des chambres très correctes, mais le problème de cet hôtel reste le le manque d’effectif dans tous les services que ce soit à l’accueil où il y a toujours une queue énorme car pas suffisamment de monde à la restauration il y a toujours une attente folle car pas suffisamment de monde au service de ménage, il y a toujours une attente longue pour récupérer les chambres et elles sont faites au dernier moment car il y a trop de monde par rapport au personnel, il manque tout simplement beaucoup de personnel à tous les niveaux

Certains process hôteliers sont à revoir notamment la gestion des PLBS, ainsi que la gestion des factures entre mise et chambee et paiement direct, se faire prélever 2 fois un petit-déjeuner payé directement en salle ne devrait jamais arriver et est assez frustrant. Chambre de qualité cela dit. Merci pour cela.
