Liebe Gäste, mit großem Bedauern müssen wir feststellen, dass wir Ihre Erwartungen an einen gelungenen Aufenthalt in unserem Hause nicht erfüllen konnten. Für die erhebliche Unachtsamkeit unseres Teams vom Housekeeping möchten wir uns aufrichtig entschuldigen und Ihnen versichern, dass solch gravierende Mängel keinesfalls unser herkömmliches Qualitätsniveau sowie Anspruch an uns selbst widerspiegeln. Bitte verzeihen Sie die Ihnen entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten und gehen Sie davon aus, dass wir Ihre Kritik sehr ernst nehmen. So etwas, wie von Ihnen beschrieben, darf einfach nicht passieren und ein klärendes Gespräch mit unserer leitenden Hausdame wird noch heute erfolgen. We are sad to see that there were aspects especially regarding our colleagues that had fallen short of your expectations and our common norm. Please be assured that bearish or impolite behavior certainly doesn't match our general standard and that our entire team usually is appreciated for their kindness.
