It was a good hotel used all time when in Berlin . After it took a whole day to repair a faulty toilet that was reported at 0800 ,then to report it another 2 times before it got fixed ,got another room that was not cleaned correctly , the room safe did not work could store documents ,windows not opening in a 30+ heatwave ,fan system very poor .
