Globalement, je trouve que les services régressent par rapport à mes expériences passées, tant sur la restauration, le service Check-in et Check-out, cela fait plusieurs fois que je viens et il a fallu plus de 10 minutes pour me trouver!!!

Laz, da je parking vkljicen v ceno nam je pokvarila obisk. Ob izhodu (po dnevu in pol) smo placali 50€ za garazo, ceprav pise na bookingu, da je “privat parlking” in nam nihce ob prihodu tega ni rekel. Zajtrk katastrofa, drugo pa vse tipi top.

Overall a good stay. Apart from one lady at the front desk the staff were friendly. I did arrive early and check in was not until 3pm which was fine. The guy at reception was lovely. I was working so sat at reception, 30 minutes before check in I asked if the room was ready which it was but the lady abruptly asked if I had a reservation and came across as quite rude but would have been nice to have been told the room was ready instead of having me sitting there for hours
