The price was completely insane for the value of the room. Taking advantage of a big conference is very poor when you're not able to offer the value for money.. Also staff at reception agreed to book a taxi for the airport in the morning and it was not done. The staff at reception the next day had never heard of the booking and were not even able to help, they could only say it was difficult to get a taxi at the moment..! Without an app on my phone I would have missed my flight and they didn't seem very anxious to help!

Leider Probleme in Sachen Hygiene und Sauberkeit auf dem Zimmer - trotz Umzug konnte keine Abhilfe geschaffen werden. Auch das neue Zimmer hatte Mängel in diesem Bereich. In dieser Preisklasse und bei den offensichtlich eigenen Ansprüchen des Hauses ein absolutes No Go. Eine Mitarbeiterin am Empfang war zudem leider sehr unfreundlich und arrogant. Andere Kolleginnen hingegen sehr nett, allerdings wurden wir beim Check-Out nicht gefragt, wie uns unser Aufenthalt gefallen hat - auch das ist eher unprofessionell. Dass die Mitarbeiter in ihrer Uniform am Seiteneingang rauchen und dabei mehr oder weniger auf dem Boden sitzen, spricht auch nicht für das Hotel. Wir werden uns in Zukunft wieder anderen Häusern zuwenden.
