Everything was good. The only thing that was not practical is that the toilet located close to the entrance door without sink. To wash your hands we had to go through bedroom to get to the bathroom

I’ve been in many five stars hotels and this is barely a four stars. Because my mistake through booking I had to nights in a row but different reservations, and I was forced to check out and check in at the same time the following day (without changing the room), only because it was a mandarory procedure!!!

Im Vergleich zu unserem ersten Besuch im vergangenen Jahr, war der Service deutlich schlechter. Dies gilt insbesondere für die Rezeption - Taxivorbestellungen wurden nicht richtig ausgeführt, Auto war zugeparkt im Hof, Mitarbeiter konnten Schlüssel nicht finden, da alles unsortiert herumlag. Housekeeping wurde einmal vergessen und erst nach Mahnung um 18 Uhr ausgeführt. Mitarbeiter sind sich selbst überlassen, eine Direktion scheint es nicht zu geben, so das der Guest Relations Manager Alex Feuerwehr spielen muss.

Als Unternehmer stehe ich ständig unter Anspannung -in Ihrem Haus konnte ich die Zeit genießen und etwas zur Ruhe kommen..viele Details wie bspw die Reservierung "unseres Tisches" gaben meiner Frau und mir selbst Ruhe und Freude am Moment der "Gaumenfreude".
